About $SLEEPY
The $SLEEPY token was made by a web engineer (Paul Singh) in dedication to his elderly dog, Nip. The reason for calling the token Pickles The Sleepy Dog is simply that Pickles is used as a loving nickname for Nip by close family and friends.
Paul decided to make the memecoin in an attempt to immortalise his best friend, Nip, on the Solana blockhain. The reason for this decision was that Nip received a bad diagnosis which the vet advised against operating on due to the fact that Nip is very old (16 at the time of writing this).
Nip has brought Paul more love and joy than he could ever imagine and has seen him through the hardest moments in his adult life. As such, it is only right that Nip will live on forever, not only in the hearts and minds of those who were lucky enough to meet him in person, but also in the digital permanence of web 3.
